My Life as a Reunited Adoptee (part 1 of 4)

November is National Adoption Month. I was adopted at 13 days old, then reunited with my entire biological family at 24 years old (so for 11 years), and both of my loving adoptive parents who raised me since I was a baby both died in 2008. Now, my husband and I look forward to adopting children whenever we are ready to increase our family.

So in memory of my adoptive parents as well as giving back to others for what I was given (a wonderful life), I would like to ask you if you would help me with "Afghans 4 Adoption."

This is my project for the month of November, also known as National Adoption Month. I have decided on this project as I can not only use my skills of crocheting, but also provide security blankets for those children in need. (I still recall my favorite crocheted blanket from when I was a small child myself.)

I am selling pink and blue baby (crocheted) afghans for $20 each and for each afghan ordered, I will make and donate another baby afghan to the children entering foster care and adoption.
